The IPCPR trade show has usually featured a new line of Montecristo cigars. At this year’s 2015 IPCPR, Altadis U.S.A Inc. chose to release a new cigar to the Montecristo White line. The Montecristo White Vintage Connecticut is ideal for cigar enthusiasts who enjoy a Connecticut shade wrapper.

Made at the Tabacalera de Garcia factory in the Dominican Republic, the Montecristo White Vintage Connecticut cigar has several different fillers. The cigar features fillers from Peru, the Dominican Republic and Nicaragua. The binder is Nicaraguan.

This cigar is similar to the others in the Montecristo White line, but has one major difference. As the name suggests, the cigar uses a Connecticut shade leaf wrapper from the Connecticut River Valley. It’s unique in that it comes exclusively from the 2008 harvest.
